The Position


As a Global SEO and SEM Manager, you will be responsible as an extended arm of the Digital Media Hub (DM Hub). The role will act as an expert within Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and YouTube to deliver best in class recommendations and execution that will drive business impact for our global and local websites.
 


To develop reports and dashboards as well as maintain, optimize, and report on data and analytics including all relevant data points for relevant local and global Novo Nordisk websites. This role will work closely with key colleagues in the Customer Engagement Team, internal stakeholders, and website owners. Additionally, this role will be collaborating with external partners and vendors across HQ, regions, and affiliates.


  • Plan, develop, and implement SEO, SEM and YouTube strategies.
  • Executing tests, collecting, and analysing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic and paid search campaigns.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns – including building reports and dashboards.
  • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Master user of SEMRUSH tool for SEO audits and ensure data integration to Paid Media dashboard.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant area.
  • Has 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Candidate must be an hands on expert within their field and have their digital toolbox in order in particular within SEO, SEM and YouTube.
  • Hands on experience and master user of Google Ads .
  • Hands on experience and master user of SEMRUSH or equvilante webiste audit tool.
  • Medium understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers.
  • Strong understanding of how Search add value to the overall business objectives.
  • Strong data understanding and interest.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
