How to contribute to our vision
For our Nacelle Manufacturing system department, we are looking for SAP DM global expert, who will support technically the SAP DM program roll out.
As a SAP DM Key expert you will evaluate the compliance of the global template to the business requirements and business processes and analyze how the system needs to be adjusted to meet the business needs.
Furthermore, you will support the roll out of the MES to our factories across the work as global lead, performing any UAT and collaborating with our IT department, developers and business users in securing smooth system implementation.
Ensure global SAP DM template is according to business needs
Support the SAP DM roll out to the Nacelle factories, coordinating the technical aspects and leading the full system implementation in collaboration to the overall PM
Trigger and follow up on business implementation of relevant shopfloor management processes
Support key users when needed
What You Need To Make a Difference

Deep understanding of SAP DM and general shopfloor execution systems
Process engineering background with experience in shopfloor management, six sigma and production processes
Deep understanding on machine connectivity and data analytics ( within SAP DM)
As a person you are well-structured, outgoing, and proactive and have good communication skills in English.
You have experience in process engineering and manufacturing process definition
Experience in Six sigma, shopfloor management is plus
You have been technical project management and/or have the skills to execute tasks in project centric approach
You possess excellent cross functional and interdisciplinary skills
You hold an technical engineering degree and have good experience in working with new systems and IT tools
You have understanding of interfacing systems (SAP and Teamcenter)
You are familiar with general document management principles/systems.
You have ability to understand customer needs and adjust timeline and work according to shifting priorities and demands
You are fluent in English
