Global Sales and Proposals Department responsible for Automation Technologies business product line's order intake and contribution margin.
Global sales and proposal team that combines deep digital products and cement industry knowledge. As a team we are focused on bringing our digital solutions to our customers that helps to increase plant productivity and achieve sustainability goals. Proposal team has the ability to translate RFQ’s and Customer expectations into Digital/ Quality Control & Automation Solutions (Proposals) that add unique value to our customers. Sales team having a strong understanding of the customers that includes their strategies, industry 4.0 trends, key strategic partner relationships, key executives and decision makers and also competitive position in the marketplace. Most importantly build trusted relationships with our customers, having an active presence in our large customers base and also strategic customer accounts.
Role
Global Sales Manager are responsible for creating and managing Opportunities in CRM. In Continuous touch with cement customers and meeting their requirement. And also contribute in making Proposals that reflect FLSmidth best practices in cement domain. And offer Digital/ Control Automation solutions to customers that meet their KPIs like sustainability, productivity and cyber security. Global Sales and proposal manager work with a variety of teams with internal stake holders, including marketing, sales, finance, and customer service, to create compelling proposals that meet the needs of potential clients.
Global Sales manager must be able to think creatively and strategically when it comes to writing these proposals. They need to understand how to best present FLSmidth’s services or products in order to appeal to their target audience. Being on time, on spec and on cost are integral part of a proposal manager.

Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical or instrumentation Engineering from a reputed University.
Experience
Minimum 10+ years as Sales Engineer
