We are now seeking Global Rewards Operations Analyst who is passionate in work and possess the drive to excel to join us.


Scope:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our Global Rewards Operations Team to our global efforts in ensuring fair and transparent pay practices. This role involves coordinating payroll data gathering, managing and combining data in Excel, and ensuring accurate and timely uploads to our pay equity software, Syndio.


If you have an eye for detail, strong Excel and data management skills, and experience with Syndio (Preferable), we want to hear from you!


Key Performance Areas:


  • Coordinate payroll data collection across Europe with payroll representatives to support pay equity analysis (scope may evolve over time).
  • Manage and combine data from Workday and payroll systems into Syndio-ready files for each legal entity.
  • Regularly upload files to Syndio pay equity software on a set schedule.
  • Serve as a Syndio administrative/super user, ensuring compliance with Sandvik’s best practices.
  • Provide Tier 1 global user support for Syndio.
  • Collaborate with Syndio counterparts to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
  • Assist with Sandvik's global pay equity reporting using Syndio software.

Your Profile:


  • University degree with 4-6 years of experience working in HR analytics, finance, or compensation in an MNC environment.
  • Experience working in an international organization, coordinating with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of payroll systems.
  • Expertise in Syndio or similar pay equity platforms is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage cross-country projects.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to future growth initiatives.
