As a Product Tooling Associate within Asset Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting various strategic and tactical tasks. This position requires technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The associate will be responsible for the ownership of tool access and entitlements, designing learning content/tutorials, and supporting live demos. Additionally, the associate will support multiple global stakeholders across the GPB-wide product, tech, and design community.


The Global Private Bank (GPB) Product Office is defining the process by which the GPB business delivers great client experiences and business outcomes through product delivery. We are a group of organizational change leaders and product coaches supporting our most critical products and business initiatives across GPB in adopting a product-first mindset utilizing the Product Operating Model. We coach both senior leaders and individual product teams (comprised of Product, Technology, Design) on organizational design, agile and product best practices, product discovery and design, and team building.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage access entitlement for AWM GPB product and agility tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships for effective role access assignment.
  • Perform role of an active learner and self-starter.
  • Assess tooling solutions and propose enhancements based on stakeholder requests.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Product Tooling Lead and Portfolio Management & Tooling team.
  • Develop technical skills using Atlassian tools, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Champion data quality by identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Design engaging tooling content, including video tutorials and live demos.
  • Maintain system and process documentation for GPB as a reference.
  • Identify improvement areas using analytic insights.
  • Communicate updates and changes to partners and leadership. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Strong interest in product, change management or process improvement experience
  • Experience building, documenting and executing repeatable processes 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication
  • Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships
  • Ability to operate independently and develop solutions with occasionally ambiguous requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be self-motivated, confident, and adaptable to evolving priorities
  • College degree or equivalent experience 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • 7+ years of project management experience and/or consulting experience 
  • Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence and Enterprise Insights) experience 
  • Strong interest in data driven problem-solving and troubleshooting using data mining/extraction (Excel) and data visualizations (Tableau)
  • Experience working on projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle  
  • Experience in evaluation and improvement of organizational structure, operating models, or processes
