Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead with 8-10 years of experience in project management, including the ability to manage transitions and lead transformation initiatives. This individual should demonstrate a strong foundation in communication and change management, training development, and the flexibility to handle ambiguous and evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management & Transition Oversight:


  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects across different domains, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Handle project transitions, ensuring smooth handover and alignment with business continuity plans.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource needs, and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Adapt project management practices to accommodate evolving business requirements and priorities.

Change & Communication Management:


  • Lead change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and driving sustainable improvements.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and impacts.
  • Oversee change management strategies that minimize disruption and ensure employee adoption and engagement.

Training Curriculum Development & Facilitation:


  • Define, develop, and evolve training programs and curricula in line with project requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:


  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, ensuring projects align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistent project execution across regions while managing diverse requirements.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement:


  • Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes, drawing on best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:


  • Monitor project performance, ensuring that goals, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Provide regular status updates and metrics to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Qualifications:


  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in managing transitions and driving transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in communication and change management, with a history of leading successful change projects.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and facilitate training curricula; experience conducting training sessions is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams to deliver large-scale, complex projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing conditions, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
