Position Overview


The Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is transforming its Learning and Organization Development team. We have an opportunity for a Learning Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of various Learning, Talent Management, and Leadership Development initiatives across Business Units and geographies. Reporting to the Global Learning & Talent Management Deployment Manager, you will partner with L&TM Program Owners and Directors to plan program design and deployment, offering guidance on effective practices in learning logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the internal L&TM team, Go to Market (GTM) team, People Experience Team, People Business Partners, People Consultants, Site Leaders, ESE, and internal enablement teams outside of PPL to understand global learning needs and develop a strategic, efficient learning deployment strategy.


As an independent, experienced professional, you will solve moderately complex problems, drawing on standard operating procedures and common practices. You will receive minimal day-to-day guidance but will partner with a Senior Learning Specialist or your manager in unique situations. In addition to executing a diverse portfolio of learning and talent management programs, you will maintain course materials, including digital learning assets and SharePoint documentation, while supporting multiple projects simultaneously. You will provide program support and assess program impact and feedback. Additionally, you will manage financial processes, including the recharge process and tuition reimbursement.


Responsibilities


  • Execute and assist in developing a diverse portfolio of learning and talent management programs that promote leadership development, strengthen Autodesk’s culture, enhance individual career development, and build priority capabilities across the organization
  • Plan and manage complex, global program deployments from kick-off through launch/delivery to ensure each learning program is delivered on time and in alignment with customer requirements. Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Coordinate and implement end-to-end logistics for pilots and other non-routine online and in-person learning offerings. Manage training materials and send pre-and post-event communications
  • Manage the day-to-day learning experience for participants in long-term, cohort-based learning programs to ensure a positive participant experience
  • Curate and incorporate available learning resources (e.g., reference materials, electronic books, and documents) into blended learning solutions
  • Update and maintain Learning & Development content tools for assigned programs to promote and manage classes and learners
  • Facilitate or provide support for development sessions (ILT and VILT). Serve as a technical producer in virtual classrooms
  • Support regular reporting of usage, completion, satisfaction, and other key learning and content metrics
  • Work with internal consultants and external vendors to plan and coordinate logistics for training events
  • Manage the contract facilitator process for assigned programs, including onboarding and offboarding facilitators. Process invoices for contract facilitation
  • Build curricula maps and facilitate the upload of content into the LMS
  • Manage the assessment process for team and personality assessments (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, etc.)
  • Resolve L&OD ServiceNow cases and other service-related issues
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams to complete the contracting process with vendors. Process invoices as needed

Minimum Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience managing learning program operations in a global environment
  • 1+ years of experience with webinar platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate to improve processes or products
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding process management skills with a hands-on, action-oriented approach
  • Highly self-driven and motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in global virtual and in-person environments

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheets, Jira)
  • Basic knowledge of project lifecycles and project management methodologies
  • Global Travel may be required
