Job Description

Main Purpose:The Learning and Development Analyst is the central coordinator and administrator of all Learning Operations, including managing and executing Learning and Development initiatives, managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learner Experience Platforms (LXP), and providing accurate Learning Reports in a timely manner.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for curating content on our Learning Experience Platform and operationalizing our in-house Global Certification Framework.
This role requires an individual with tenacity—someone who not only plans and coordinates but also executes with precision and initiative. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical, planning, and coordination skills, alongside proven expertise in stakeholder and project management, and systems thinkingKnowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:


1. Learning Administration


  • End-to-End Management of Learning Events: Take full ownership of the entire lifecycle of learning events, from planning and coordination to execution. Ensure all aspects of logistics, roster management, and participant engagement are flawlessly executed.
  • LMS Administration: End-to-end administration of our LMS and LXP, ensuring optimal usage, user satisfaction, and comprehensive reporting on learner engagement and outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track and analyze the effectiveness of learning interventions. Provide monthly Global Learning Reports, streamline/automate, and create efficiencies in reporting and tracking systems, wherever needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various local and global stakeholders to align learning objectives with business goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Project Management: Employ expert project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set budgets and expectations.

2. Course Design and Content Curation


  • Curate course content on our LXP platform, work closely with SMEs, and update materials where required.
  • Prepare and produce basic course materials/guides using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Captivate/Articulate will be an advantage.

Requirements:


Experience:


  • Graduate/Post Graduate qualification in HR or related field
  • 3 years’ experience as an HR coordinator/L&D coordinator
  • Oil or Chemical industry experience an advantage.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and matrixed global organization.
  • Background in LMS administration, preferably with Workday or Cornerstone, will be an advantage..
