The position

As a Global Forecasting Lead, you will:

• Lead the preparation of high-quality forecasts for key products on a regional and/or global level, including LTF, Spring Review (SR), Gate passage, and supporting Business Development cases.
• Hold global responsibility for obesity, including Operational Units/Region/key markets forecast.
• Be the key contact for the Obesity portfolio and mid-Long Term Forecast (LTF) process.
• Lead assumptions and forecast alignment across HQ functions and guide commercial team on potential strategy implications and recommendations.
• Develop market models and lead the LTF process for Marekt Access price inputs to global LTF. Prepare best-in-class market analyses and mid-long-term market projections to senior management and affiliate GMs to impact strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ability to interact and communicate to senior leadership at the organization

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A master’s degree in business, engineering, or life sciences
• 10+ years’ experience in the forecasting of pharmaceuticals with a broad knowledge of therapy areas and pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
