A MDM CoE has been set up and requires experienced Data Architects to solve our Data and grow our overall Data Management maturity

• Responsible for or support the activities done by the MDM CoE for their Data Domains within all capabilities provided by the CoE (i.e. MDM Foundation, Projects and Analytics & Curation)
• For their Data Domains, drives standardized End to End Processes and Tools around MDM to Improve Quality of Delivery, Optimize Cost to Serve, Control & Compliance, and Enhancing Customer Experience.
• Support GPOs to build their Data, Reporting and Analytics roadmap
• Communicates and implement the MDM vision, strategy and roadmap
• Responsible for or support implementing proper (preventive/detective) controls for the CRUD/maintenance activities of the MDM Operations for their data domains, including impact of changes to downstream systems
• Develop a Data Dictionary/Glossary for their data domains, including naming conventions and governance
• Drive the data quality efforts. This includes definition of data standards, cleansing of data and monitoring
• Develop the required KPIs in the Global MDM Dashboard to monitor standards compliance
• For the relevant data domain, responsible to be the Single Point of Contact and escalation channel for both the data domain experts and MD operations
• Responsible for organizing the governance around Data maintenance and its service placement into MDS operations
• Manage escalation process of issues or support the resolution of issues raised by business to the CoE for their data domain

• Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years’ overall experience with 7-8 years’ experience in process related function and with the Data supporting these processes
• Strong systems/IT knowledge required (i.e. strong system configuration knowledge), including experience with their implementation
• Experience in Project Management, with supporting certification preferred
• Experience in implementation of standardized E2E business processes
• Experience in interfacing with business operational customers, up to senior management (e.g. GPOs)
• Experience in process and Data improvement, applying root cause analysis
• Experience in complex IT system environments
• Experience in complex business environments
