Who we are looking for.


•    We are looking for candidate with good knowledge in settlements life cycle knowledge/Asset Servicing domain specialized in Custody processing, with good communication skills and who can drive automation projects.
•    Expertise in various products like Fixed Income/Equities securities across APAC, EMEA and North America regions. 
•    Good understanding of Corporate Actions.

The team you will be joining is a part of PIMCO Claims. You will be required to follow up/facilitate closure procedure/Timely response of queries sent by Brokers. This involves to and fro communications among various teams i.e. Custody/ Middle office/Accounting/ Corporate Action etc.


What you will be responsible for


As Senior Associate you will need to work on open claim by liaising with various Brokers and related stakeholders.


  • Understand if there are any knowledge/communication gaps and bridge it with proper knowledge shares and provide the clear communication to various stakeholders.
  • Conclude the liability of claim post analyzing the settlements team responses.
  • Communication with various teams i.e. Corporate Actions/Middle Office/Collateral/Bank loans/Front office etc.
  • On regular calls/communication with Brokers/Custodians to facilitate the closures of pending claims.

 Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Essential qualification


• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry. Relevant experience in Income/Accounting preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
• Exemplifies customer focused, team driven mentality; serves as role model for colleagues


Additional requirements


 Flexibility to work in shifts and extended working hours.
