The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.


Main responsibilities:


  • Develop and communicate clear objectives and goals for the team and align team activities with the overall strategic direction of the global hub
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of documentation, including protocols and reports and ensure timely and accurate completion of all report issuance tasks
  • Monitor workflow and adjust resources as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identify skills gaps and provide targeted training and development opportunities
  • Facilitate effective communication between the team and the global cross-functional team manager
  • Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to the global cross-functional manager
  • Ensure close alignment with global quality team and that all documentation standards are applied
  • Collaborate with internal customers (sites) to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by internal customers promptly

About you


  • Experience: >3 years professional experience in report issuance and proven leadership track record
  • Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
  • Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Education: Master or Bachelor degree
  • Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, French or other Languages in addition preferred
