The position


As a Campaign Manager, you will be an expert in campaign management, ad operations, quality control/quality assurance, and tracking across all paid media channels, including paid social, SEM, 3rd-party banner ads and owned platforms. Your role will involve overseeing data and analytics to deliver top-tier recommendations and execution that drive business impact for global and local websites. You will ensure that all campaigns meet quality standards across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, verifying the use of approved creative elements, targeting accuracy, adherence to branding guidelines and proper setup as per stakeholder briefs.
 


Few responsibilities as mentioned below:-


  • QA and QC - Pre-launch Testing, Landing Page QA, Error Identification & Resolution and Performance Benchmarking.
  • Check the budget pacing across the Paid media channels and notify the respective specialists if there are any significant over/under pacing.
  • Collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve the KPI metrics in paid media campaigns.
  • Reporting and analysing performance across campaigns – including building reports and dashboards.
  • Understand omnichannel approach to paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights that is in line with brand and business objectives.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant area.
  • Has 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Candidate must be an expert within their field and have their digital tool box in order in particular within Paid Media tracking, Data and Analytics.
  • Hands on experience and master user of ad servers and ad managers like DCM, AdForm, Sizmek or others. 
  • Understanding of Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong data understanding and interest.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

The Commercial GBS department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics.
