Job Description
- Supplier quality management and assurance for software and IT services worldwide.
- Supplier assessments (ASPICE) and development of suppliers within the preventive quality planning.
- Technical complaint management with suppliers (8D).
- Support as expert service in working groups for software and IT services topics.
- Identify quality gaps and track to close at supplier
- Further improvement of the quality management system for purchased software and IT services within GS (Global Business Services)
- Knowledge:Proficient in IT service management according ISO20000Expert knowledge in problem solving methods (8D)Certified Automotive SPICE assessor or similar (e.g. CMMI)Functional skills:Proficient decision making and Analytical skillsProficient team building, collaboration and communication skillsCompetent customer orientation and emotional intelligence skillsGood presentation skills
Qualifications
BE or graduate in environmental science
Additional Information
5-8 years of experience in software development and/or software and IT service quality management, supplier quality assessment
