Your FocusAs Global Blackline Admin based out of our Finance Shared Service Centre in Hyderabad, India, you will provide blackline admin services to the Global blackline users.The role reports to Operations Leader.How you will contribute:Blackline User access Management:o New/Modify/Revoke- User Accesso Submit ITGC Controlso Perform ServiceNow vs Blackline – Reconciliationso Handle user Access Issueso Provide user trainingo Perform Data quality checksMaintain Master Data:o Create Organizational Structure & Team Structureo Assign of New Accountso Re-assign of Existing Accountso Maintain Account Groupso Maintain Account Rules and Settingso Perform Master Data quality checksData Interface Activities:o Communications- IT Team & Closing Teamso Period Default Settingso Running Interface Jobs – Accounts/Currency loadso Manual Data Loadso Data quality checksReporting:o Global Reporting for Quarterly submissions and Monthly reviewso Regional/Centre reportingo Status reporting to various stakeholdersAudit Support:o Facilitating Walkthroughs of accountso Provide copies of reconciliationso Submit reportsDeliver assistance and expertise for additional activities as requested:o Provide support in other key areas as requested by Managemento Complete requests end to end including communication on the resultsWhat you will need to be successfulMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or any other relevant discipline.At least 3 years of experience in the field of Blackline Admin.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong Analytical skills needed.Versatility and capability to handle numerous tasks and challenges.Preferred Sound knowledge in SAP.Flexibility to operate in shifts.IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
