Job Description

Job summary 


As a Global Bank Loan Administrator within the Investment Operations team at JPMorgan, you will have the responsibility of providing premium quality client service to Fund Services clients, ensuring deadlines are met at all times. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of a team responsible for trade booking, settlement, cash & positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution, credit facilities life cycle management and client issue management. 


Job responsibilities


  • Manager trade booking, settlement, cash & positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution, credit facilities life cycle management and client issue management
  • Responsible for the Client Satisfaction for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of booking Bank Loans transactions
  • Work with the ED & MD to develop goals for the team and ensure they are reached
  • Review daily/monthly work process for team members, including daily and monthly checklists and see that all tasks are completed
  • Ensures deliverables are met / Signs off on new business and Service level agreements (SLA)
  • Communicate with other areas in JPM Fund Services Client Service, Product, Sales, Portfolio Accounting, Technology
  • Understand NAV delivery process 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with 5 or more years experience in operations or related function
  • Detailed working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt Partners
  • Experience with implementing process improvement methodology and/or demonstrated experience with efficiency improvement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Third level finance related study or accounting qualification  
  • Knowledge of all investment types
