Job Description
This position requires an experienced professional with 6 to 8 years of HR Operations background with strong technical and business process skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization is required. A requirement to demonstrate a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines is essential.
The overarching requirement for this role is a candidate with strong emphasis on Web Designing, Portal or Sharepoint Management and Governance, Reporting Capabilities in HR Metrics and Share Point or Portal Management
- Daily weekly monthly and quarterly performance reporting construction and maintenance of vendor activity
- Creation of Pages, Maintenance & Governance of Portal & Share Point is a key requirement
- Carry out core and complex processing activities in accordance with established procedures
- Ability to multitask ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlines
- Perform custom work for vendor support look for ways to standardize when possible
- Handle complex issues and escalate as needed acting with a sense of urgency
- Accountable for quality accuracy and timeliness of results
- Identify and report all risk and compliance issues breaches and suspicious activities
- Build and manage the flow of information and data to ensure an accurate output with limited issues and exceptions
- Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation
- Share responsibility with lead manager and staff for resolving any issues related to processing activities and for accurate and timely processing and delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance or related field preferred;
- 6 to 8 or more years’ experience in a HR operations position with a strong understanding of best practice around processes change management and working with outsourced providers.
- Must be detail oriented and deadline driven; ability to work in a fast-paced structured and team-based environment as well as independently
- Proficient in MS Office and capacity to learn new technology/systems
- Proficient in Web Designing, Portal or Share Point Management
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills (ability to prioritize)
- Team oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with experience in delivering presentations
