Job Description
Create, review, verify, reconcile and manage files and data for all aspects of administration including grants, vesting, dividends, wire/funding, Securities Trading policy, payroll reporting, etc. as assigned for all deferred incentive compensation programs
Assure controls are in place and followed; support internal and external audit reviews
Create and manipulate data and files to support analysis and quality control
Development and maintain desk top procedure documentation and summary of award/program design features
Perform data research, data tracking, and support participant/client inquiries and reporting
Run reports, reconcile systems and perform quality review testing related to the outsource administration vendor, Global Shared Services, Global Mobility, payrolls, Transfer Agent, Legal, Compensation teams, etc.
Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliation process, financial accounting and reporting, management reporting, etc.
Develop and implement solutions to data, analytical and reporting needs of internal clients by working with external outsource administration providers
General Requirement:
College Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a process-oriented operations environment.
Direct experience with compensation and/or equity administration is a plus
Good PC skills including use of spreadsheets, manipulation of data and analytical tools.
Familiarity with operations systems such as HRIS, payroll, wire process, web-based applications and the ability to learn to work with vendor equity administration software.
Detail oriented person with good organization, communication, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
