Could you be the full-time GFC Continuous Improvement Lead in our Finance Transformation headquarters we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your process improvement and quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and strategic-thinking teammates.
You'll lead the way in establishing and promoting Lean Six Sigma processes within our organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as GFC leadership teams and country/region finance leadership teams), drive standardization of processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement projects, as well as developing and continuously training operational teams in quality and Lean concepts.
We’ll look to you for:
Supervision of quality assurance activities
Meeting and exceeding quality and continuous improvement objectives
Liaising with process owners, leads, and managers to address process issues
Supporting global initiatives towards continuous improvements
Converting stakeholder feedback into improvement actions
Monitoring process data and root cause analyses to ensure quality standards
Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects as required

Degree in Accounting
5-8 years of experience in process improvement/quality management in a multinational company or BPO
Knowledge of SAP or related financial tools
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
A certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Yellow Belt or higher)
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical tools
Effective communication and presentation skills
Leadership qualities and change management skills
