Required Technical Skills:-


  • Pure Cloud solution implementation / migration -Hands-on; Genesys Pure connect knowledge with be a plus.
  • Pure cloud implementation/design and integrations with third party solutions like Salesforce, MS Teams of SIP and VoIP of networking
  • Knowledge of HTTP requests, REST web services, API and JSON etc
  • of network design and troubleshooting such as Wireshark
  • Telephony & Hardware: Genesys Cloud Edge, AudioCodes
  • Providing support for all Genesys PureConnect / Genesys Cloud telephony

Required (Problem) Analyst Skills:-


  • Subject matter expert with deep domain knowledge (see above)
  • Understanding of problem management and strong problem solving skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Prioritization skills
  • Data Analysis skills to identify service improvements from incidents and problems
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Required Skill:-


  • Working closely with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Providing thought leadership and help develop telephony best practices and preferred methods.
  • Have a comprehensive telephony background and thorough understanding of SIP, VOIP, & QoS
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending architectural improvements and new technologies
  • Identifying and proposing strategies around technical problems affecting team, communicates standards and gets buy-in on solutions.
  • Understand ITIL concepts and how to apply them effectively in the enterprise.
  • Good Communication in Written and oral and effectiveness in collaborating with stakeholders and business partners.

Varian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.
