We are hiring a Generative AI Specialist to develop and implement advanced AI models, driving innovation. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deploy AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering
• Develop and optimize generative AI models (GPT, VAE, GANs).
• Maintain AI pipelines (data preprocessing, model training, evaluation).
• Research advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
• Document AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Establish AI development best practices.
• Promote GenAI use cases and engage stakeholders.
• Identify business needs for GenAI applications.
• Manage reports on GenAI performance.
• Collaborate on operational systems for GenAI.
• Lead testing of GenAI solutions.
• Conduct training on GenAI technologies.

Project Coordination:

• Define AI project requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate team communication.
• Monitor progress and update stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning and risk management.
• Support research for GenAI projects.
• Act as a GenAI SME.

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Senior developer with GenAI and Cloud experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI.
• Proficient in Python and Java with GenAI exposure.
• Experience with generative AI models (GPT, VAE, GANs).
• Proficient in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with NLP tools (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Experience with Angular, Java, and Postgres.
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• DevOps CI/CD experience - added advantage
• Experience in Gen AI or tech transformation projects will be added advantage
