Job Summary:


The Operations Head of the Hub is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and strategic initiatives for the hub. This position plays a critical role in optimizing real estate assets, driving cost efficiencies, delivering maintenance projects, ensuring EHS governance and supporting the overall business strategy. The position


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: Support in developing and implementing real estate strategy in alignment HQ broader business objectives. Identify opportunities for optimizing real estate assets, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. Also support in implementation and roll-out of global SRE projects and initiatives as well as ensure the early involvement of all customers and SRE-internal stakeholders (base initiatives and M&A activities).


Portfolio Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the corporate real estate portfolio, including leased and owned properties. Ensure that space utilization is efficient and aligned with the company's needs.


Lease Administration: Support RAM in managing lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. Ensure compliance with lease terms, negotiate favorable lease agreements, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.


Space Planning: Collaborate to develop and execute space planning strategies (in line with New Normal) that meet the needs of the organization, promote collaboration, and enhance employee productivity.


Sustainability and Environmental Initiatives: Support RAM in driving sustainability initiatives (in line with intelligent program) within the real estate portfolio, including energy efficiency, green lease guidelines, and sustainable practices.


Stakeholder Engagement: Along with RAM, collaborate with Op – Co’s and Business units to understand their real estate requirements and align strategies with their goals.


Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
