Role Overview: As General Manager, you will lead the overall operations of premium property in NCR, ensuring guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial success. This role focuses on innovation, collaboration, and driving exceptional service standards.


Primary Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership:


  • Oversee daily hotel functions, including guest services, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Implement innovative strategies to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Revenue and Business Growth:


  • Develop and execute revenue strategies in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify and seize new opportunities.

Team Development:


  • Lead by example to foster a high-performance culture among the executive team and staff.
  • Facilitate learning opportunities and career growth for all employees.

Financial Oversight:


  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and forecast revenue to meet and exceed financial objectives.
  • Evaluate financial data to ensure sustained profitability.

Quality and Compliance:


  • Ensure adherence to all safety, legal, and brand standards.
  • Regularly inspect property upkeep, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder and Guest Relations:


  • Maintain transparent and proactive communication with property owners and corporate representatives.
  • Engage with guests to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
