As a Gen AI Transformation – Developer and Team Lead, you will lead a team responsible for designing and developing capability to transform mainframe programming languages..

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• You have good understanding of programming fundamentals, can reason about space and time complexity of a program.
• Experience/interested in system programming/low level programming especially in the area of compilers. You did hack something with your fav language
• You have good understanding of object oriented languages such as Java and have exposure to intricacy of language runtime (you know what JVM does with your code). Language is not a concern but ability to dig a language beyond just writing a program a is huge plus.
• Good understanding of system design, design patterns, backend systems.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Developed with Assembler
• Java Backend experience
• If no compiler experience, must have Mastery of Java
• Skills with Maven -> set up their own dev environment and can independently debug
• Code generation skills
• Front-end web development
• Able to write dynamic SQL queries or regular expressions
• Visitor Pattern knowledge
