Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with 7-12 years of experience in data science, specializing in deep learning and advanced AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in deploying and managing models on AWS Bedrock, specifically with Mistral and Anthropic Claude. Experience with LLAMAIndex, LangChain Framework, and agentic applications is essential. If you're passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business problems, we would love to have you on our team.


Overall Responsibilities:


  • Advanced Model Development:
    Design, develop, and implement sophisticated deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to address specific business challenges.


  • Cloud-Based AI Deployment:
    Utilize AWS Bedrock services, including Mistral and Anthropic Claude, for deploying and managing AI models at scale.


  • Framework Expertise:
    Apply expertise in LLAMAIndex and LangChain Framework to develop and deploy agentic applications that interact with large language models (LLMs).


  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    Conduct advanced data analyses to identify hidden patterns, trends, and insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making.


  • Machine Learning Operations:
    Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify business needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions.


  • Mentorship & Leadership:
    Mentor junior data scientists and data engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.


  • Research & Innovation:
    Stay at the forefront of AI and deep learning advancements, continuously exploring new methodologies and technologies to enhance model performance and business impact.


  • Reporting & Visualization:
    Create clear, concise, and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Technical Skills (Categorywise):


  • Mandatory Experience:


    • AWS Bedrock:Proven expertise in deploying models on AWS Bedrock using Mistral and Anthropic Claude.
    • LLAMAIndex and LangChain Framework:Hands-on experience in these frameworks, particularly in agentic applications.
  • Deep Learning:


    • Strong expertise in deep learning technologies, including extensive experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Machine Learning:


    • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn and experience with large-scale data processing.
  • Programming:


    • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Data Engineering:


    • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and advanced SQL.
  • Cloud Computing:


    • Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially AWS, for scalable AI/ML model deployment.
  • Data Visualization:


    • Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib for effective data presentation.
  • Analytical Skills:


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing complex algorithms and models for business problem-solving.

Experience:


  • 7 to 12 years of experience in data science, with at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in deep learning and proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design AI solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI applications on AWS Bedrock.
  • Conduct data analyses to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to model development, deployment processes, and analytical findings.
  • Present results and insights to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Qualifications:


  • Education:
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.


  • Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience in relevant industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
    • Knowledge of advanced AI topics such as reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or generative models.
    • Familiarity with experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies.

  • Communication:
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Team Collaboration:
    Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment across multiple disciplines.
