Job Duties & Responsibilities
Help create the future of Global Delivery as part of our multi-year transformation program by researching, analyzing, and modernizing the ways that clients send financial data to State Street
Collaborate with team members to solution complicated automation requests and field complex client and internal inquiries
Dive deep into clients’ current manual processes to make recommendations for automation
Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for our transaction automation tools, serving as a trusted resource for internal and external parties
Participate in client discussions focused on automation solution design, training, and deployment
Deploy clients and associated reference data to automation tools in preparation for Go Live
Review automation onboarding requests & work with submitter to validate data needed to prepare activity for automation
Work closely with Associate > Managing Director levels across the organization, including Operations, Client Service, Technology, and Product
Our team serves State Street’s global client base but our primary focus is on North America-based clients, so we follow the US holiday calendar and work a North America (EST)-aligned shift
Minimum Job Specs
2-3+ years’ financial services experience, custody and fund accounting experience preferred
Bachelors degree required
Experience with transaction management, especially cash products preferred
Client-facing experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Comfortable working on a global team with members located in multiple regions/timezones
Strong PC skills, including MS Office applications
