Your New Role…
As a GBS Reporting Analyst, you will join the FP&A CoE Data & Analytics Team, providing internal clients with advanced reporting solutions to streamline their daily and monthly operations. Our focus is on delivering automated, user-friendly solutions tailored to our clients' needs, supported by exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team by ensuring timely updates and refreshes, as well as contributing to the development of new reports and dashboards.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Maintenance and updates of the existing Power BI reports, dashboards using Excel uploads and SQL database; implementing any changes in the reports as requested by the clients.
- Regular meetings and collaboration with various internal clients regarding any changes, queries or developments of the existing dashboards and reports (interactions include operational teams such as CTC or PTP, Governance, and others).
- Working with SAP and other systems data gathering or downloading, collaborate with SAP Team when needed.
- Assisting with the creation of new dashboards: helping with data set up, data models, data visuals, writing DAX formulas in Power BI, etc.
- Systematic relationship building with key stakeholders and internal clients, making sure we provide them with reliable data and excellent support.
- Any ad hoc tasks and reporting as assigned or requested by the clients or Data & Analytics Team Managers.
- Distribution of the communication to the stakeholders; communication may be related to report refreshes, report changes, any input required from the business to be able to run regular or ad hoc reporting.
- Helping with other Team tasks (also from other areas, such as FP&A) as assigned: depending on the business needs and the current projects within the Team; tasks may be split accordingly, to help other Team members at times when they are heavily involved in multiple projects or assignments.
- Constantly looking for report improvements, automations, efficiencies, new ways of working to be able to work smarter.
- Demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Relevant University Degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s).
- Understand Finance and Accounting processes and reporting, PTP or CTC process knowledge
- Understand the opportunities, context of the reporting for operational accounting and possibly other areas (for example Travel Services, etc.).
- Previous experience in reporting and analytics with the usage of advanced reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau is a must (2-3 years of experience is required).
- Strong expertise in Power BI (or Tableau) is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Excel, VBA and SQL is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Self-driven, task oriented, good communication skills, proactive.
- Highly numerate, possesses great analytical mindset, accuracy and great attention to detail is required.
- Superior customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with stakeholders on various levels.
- Any additional, previous operational experience in PTP or CTC is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or similar is preferred.
- SAP or some other accounting system knowledge is nice to have.
