  • Timely Issuance of techpacks for product development & bulk production
  • Create and maintain garment specifications for all styles
  • Providing sealed samples to vendors at development and bulk stage to enable sampling and production
  • Responsible for achieving all garment specs (fit, sundries, fabric, etc.) according to the agreed merchandising brief, and in partnership with the technical development team
  • Manage development of new garments that are executable in bulk production environments
  • Participate and contribute to risk analysis meeting
  • Identify issues, clearly communicates the problem internally/externally and offers solutions to embed in product development process
  • Support the resolution of quality issues
  • Manage fit sessions
  • Collaborate with vendor Partners on 3D digital sampling
  • Collaborate with San Francisco office for any new updates

Qualifications & experience -


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering is preferrable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development in apparel industry
  • Proven tracking and production experience and experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge in garment construction, cutting, sewing and finishing.
  • Experience with manual or computer aided pattern-making and grading drawing, flat sketching, or Illustrator drawing experience.
  • Expertise staging models, preparing fit meetings, conducting fit sessions and updating all patterns and specification documentation in required systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, CAD, PLM and Gerber Fit, and CLO.
  • High integrity and business ethics  Must demonstrate a positive and helpful demeanor with passion & high integrity and interest in LS&Co.
