We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofFund Administrator- FTC role - (Global Banking Markets).

Principal responsibilities


  • The major challenge for this role is to continuously deliver within the specified time limit with minimum or no errors. The individual will have to complete all the activities of the assigned funds within the set time limit and ensure that the fund pack is delivered to the stakeholders. 
  • The individual needs to be flexible to work in shifts and respond to additional business needs if required. Be flexible to adopt in different working environment with counter parts across the globe.
  • The working environment is very professional and the incoming individual will have to meet the work related challenges with zeal and professionalism. To ensure that individuals are able to perform at the desired level, there will be process training & necessary guidance provide by the Line Manager on an ongoing basis. Role will be of individual contributor nature and will not have team reporting to the role.
  • The role will operate within the orbit of the Trade Processing Shell of Funds service’s strategic plan. The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology. 
  • The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
  • The jobholder will implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply.   
  • This will be achieved by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures and by liaising with Compliance department about new business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also and when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
  • Embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply. This will be achieved by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures and by liaising with Compliance department about new business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also and when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
