Introductory Marketing LanguageTake a lead role in acquiring, managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experience to our customers.Job DescriptionAs a Team Leader in the New Client Onboarding operations/Fund Events, you will be responsible for reconciliations, processing, validating transactions, resolving inquiries, accounting transitions, process automation & efficiencies. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on client onboarding including tax, accounting transitions and accounting data, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of fund recordsJob Responsibilities: Oversee the onboarding of new clients, including managing tax and accounting transitions and handling accounting data. Manage incremental transitions and restructuring of existing client records. Address support queries related to transition processing and resolve any issues. Upload and process all transition components into accounting systems according to client instructions and project plans. Analyze the tax implications of all transitions, including those related to new client onboarding and restructures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries related to transition processing. Reconcile all onboarded positions with original source information to ensure accuracy in both accounting and tax records with the incumbent custodian.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: Ensure all application requirements, including an updated resume, are posted, submitted, and completed. Candidates must have a graduate or postgraduate degree with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Possess a numerical thought process and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. Maintain a client-focused approach and proficiency in using MS Office.
