Job Description
- Report to Manager
- Responsibilities:
- User requirement gathering. Work with customers, understand requirements and communicate to the development team
- Translate user requirements into Functional Specifications
- Lead a team of functional consultants for meeting all functional goals (documentation, testing, etc.)
- Ensure the solution design meets functional specifications
- Customer engagement and satisfaction
- Responsible for successful closure of Installation Qualification (IQ) and Acceptance Tests
- Product/Solution training to customers
- Responsible for successful go-live & hand over of project to customer
- Closely work with the project manager and technical lead, for successful delivery of the project
- Understanding of GAMP, GxP & GDP
- Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/master's Degree
- 4 to 6 Years' experience as a senior Business Analyst/Functional Lead
- MES domain knowledge
- Skill requirements:
- Experience leading a team
- Demonstrated experience and interest in working in a customer environment
- Apply demonstrated to develop workable solutions throughout the company and organisations
- Experience in SAP, databases, OPC, PLC
- Communicate in clear, concise, understandable mannerBenefits:
