As a SAP WM, EWM specialist, the candidate should have a good functional knowledge in standard SAP Logistics modules along with integration with other SAP modules.


He/She should have a good Support experience in MM or WM/eWM. Good Working Experience on Transfer Order, Posting Change and Inventory in WM


Good to Know SAP WM-PP Integration, Inventory management. 


He/she should have configured warehouses, Storage Type, Storage sections and set up POSC. 


He/She should have worked in Inbound, Outbound and Internal processes in areas of  eWM.


Good working knowledge of Warehouse Order, Warehouse Task, Wave, POSC, PPF, RF, Queues, Replenishment and Quality Inspection in eWM. 


He/she should have strong experience in deployment, Solution Designing, requirement gathering and Cutover activities. He /she should have involved in Hypercare i.e. Post Go Live Support.


In the Application Services department, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus. 


As the concerned domain is providing Application Services to Aircraft Manufacturing and production he/she should understand the business criticality and priority. 


The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.


Qualification & Experience:


Graduate with 4 - 7 years of experience in SAP IM /eWM.


Minimum 2 full lifecycle Implementation experience in eWM


Preferably to also have 2 to 4 years of eWM support experience.


EWM - PP , EWM -SD, EWM-QM Integration Experience


Skills in supply chain and manufacturing processes in an industrial context


ITIL/Agile Methodology


Good problem solving and analytical skills


Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers


Responsibilities


  • Provide best in class level of service to Airbus internal customers


  • Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio


  • Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement


  • Identify and propose service improvement 


  • Provide expertise support to the full chain of support


  • Communicate on specific technical topic


  • Train support team members


Success Metrics


Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to


  • Solve issues on time and in quality


  • Propose and implement service improvement


  • Achieve the customer satisfaction
