Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building and maintaining frameworks using JavaScript technologies like Node.js and React.js. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology, a knack for optimization, and the ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Software Requirements:
- Proficient in JavaScript, with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js.
- Familiarity with AWS services including AWS Cloud Development Kit, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, and ECS.
- Experience in containerization and virtualization with AWS.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Security and AWS IAM roles.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frameworks using JS technologies.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing existing frameworks and lead pilot projects.
- Adapt to new technologies and enhance skill sets as required.
- Employ excellent debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Take ownership of project tasks and deliver results with minimal guidance.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Backend Development:
- Strong proficiency in Node.js for API development.
- Experience with AWS services, including Lambda and DynamoDB.
Frontend Development:
- Command over React.js and Redux for UI development.
- Experience with modern React features like hooks.
Cloud Technologies:
- Expertise in AWS Cloud Development Kit and associated services (API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
Containerization:
- Practical experience with Docker and AWS ECS for application deployment.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience with AWS services (certification in AWS Developer/Associate Architect/DevOps is preferred).
- Strong background in JavaScript and related frameworks.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Manage the development and delivery of projects utilizing emerging technologies.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with organizational strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance business processes.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are preferred.
