Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (.NET Core, Angular) to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Other Technologies. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of technology solutions not covered by specific technology domains. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and performance of these solutions, manage projects effectively, and provide technical support to users.


Software Requirements:


  • Proficient in .NET framework and languages (C#, VB.NET, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Angular for frontend development.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP).

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Technology Development:Oversee the development and maintenance of technology solutions, ensuring they meet established quality and performance standards.
  • Project Management:Manage technology development projects, including planning, execution, and successful delivery.
  • Technical Support:Provide timely technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution:Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, collaborating with team members and vendors as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance:Ensure all technology solutions are tested and reviewed for quality and performance, implementing necessary changes to meet standards.
  • Technology Planning:Plan and implement new technologies that align with and support business objectives.

Category-wise Technical Skills:


  • Programming Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in .NET (C#, VB.NET) and Angular for full-stack development.
  • Database Management: Strong skills in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Web Development: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • APIs: Knowledge of creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello).

Experience:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology development, focusing on development and maintenance of applications.
  • Proven experience in managing technology projects and leading teams.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Collaborate with team members to design and develop technology solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements and technology advancements.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in .NET, Angular, or project management are a plus.

Soft Skills:


  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and project requirements.
