So, join our GPS Marketing and Engagement team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.About the teamOur Global Workplace Investing (GWI) business delivers investment management services to our corporate pension plan sponsors and their employees, and the GPS Marketing and Engagement (M&E) team are responsible for managing all aspects of communications and engagement for prospects, plan sponsors and their members.About the role We are looking for a passionate Manager to help deliver our member communications based on our strategic projects, Corporate Action and remediation needs and requests. The role involves ensuring we adhere to all regulatory and client required notice periods. We must increase our members’ awareness and knowledge of any changes to their pension plans and make clear any actions they are required to take, to ensure better financial outcomes for them. Additionally, you will be required to support enhancement projects to our delivery platforms (eg templates) and quality check member comms and plan literature amends. Your role will focus on managing, coordinating and delivering regular end investor customised email and letter communications for our workplace investing members including support for your line manager and team members in their absence.About youExperience in ensuring content and delivery responsibilities are met to support the creation and despatch of a high volume of quick turnaround cross channel email and postal campaignsAbility to take a full brief from the client team, qualify key dates and deliverables and translate these requirements into email and post formats, data requests and creative briefs to internal colleaguesDesign and develop member comms email templates, as required from the aboveBrief the mailing house around comms strategy and timelinesAlong with the Communications and Project Managers, brief the data team to ensure extractions take place and are delivered on agreed datesEnsure member letters and emails are released on the agreed dates, aligned with the agreed notice periods (both initial and reminder notifications)Strong focus on quality control, accuracy and attention to detail as part of our quality and process control processesExperience of working within a regulated financial services environment.Ability to make a positive impact and have good influencing and stakeholder management skills.Show high levels of ability and initiative with information finding and problem solvingA ‘can do’ attitude and high focus on successful project delivery and completion are a mustFeel rewardedFor starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
