About your team
Our Digital Growth Marketing team delivers marketing and digital strategies that drive new people to open an account with Fidelity, whilst encouraging upsell, cross-sell and retention from existing customers.
This role is part of a team who optimise the content and journeys on our websites to support the above goals
About your role
- Collaborate with the UK-based marketing team to support the development and execution of content and journey marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Assist in creating compelling and relevant content for various stages of the customer journey and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, taking into account the time zone difference
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and competitor initiatives to optimise strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including publishing, UX, UI, product and tools to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content and journey marketing
About you
- The right candidate will have a passion for content creation, storytelling, journey mapping
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, ideally focused on B2C and B2B
- Excellent English language communications skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Good networking and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyse a brief or request and produce innovative solutions
- Self-motivated, a proactive approach with an analytical, enquiring mind and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on own initiative to achieve objectives and goals, requesting support when and where required
- Delivers high productivity while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint skills and SharePoint
- An understanding of FCA compliance regulations would be advantage but not essential
