About your team
 


Our Digital Growth Marketing team delivers marketing and digital strategies that drive new people to open an account with Fidelity, whilst encouraging upsell, cross-sell and retention from existing customers.


This role is part of a team who optimise the content and journeys on our websites to support the above goals


About your role


  • Collaborate with the UK-based marketing team to support the development and execution of content and journey marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in creating compelling and relevant content for various stages of the customer journey and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, taking into account the time zone difference
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and competitor initiatives to optimise strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including publishing, UX, UI, product and tools to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content and journey marketing

About you


  • The right candidate will have a passion for content creation, storytelling, journey mapping
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management.
  • Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, ideally focused on B2C and B2B
  • Excellent English language communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Good networking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyse a brief or request and produce innovative solutions
  • Self-motivated, a proactive approach with an analytical, enquiring mind and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work on own initiative to achieve objectives and goals, requesting support when and where required
  • Delivers high productivity while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint skills and SharePoint
  • An understanding of FCA compliance regulations would be advantage but not essential
