We are looking for a Front Office Executive & Travel Specialist for our India office.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office
- Responsible for the reception area including meeting & greeting visitors, handling couriers, update inward/outward registers etc.
- Provide employee services including Badge printing & Security licensing
- Manage inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Supervise the security, housekeeping, technical personnel deployed in the office.
Travel
Coordinate with HQ with regards to travel related services for the employees in Asia Pacific including:
- Provide service to managers and employees
- Ensures that travel needs are met as per the defined guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement of travel service
Manage and monitor travel operations:
- Review & approve travel requests of employees
- Coordinate with travel agents in APAC
- Review and approve invoices
- Taking part in projects
Qualifications
- Strong Service orientation – a must
- 1-4 years of experience in handling Front Office & Travel Arrangements
- BA / BCom Degree
- Great Communication skills and excellent English (Verbal & Written)
- Able to work in a fast pace, high pressured environment
- Attention to details
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines
- Fast learner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools
- The position requires flexible hours and off-hours availability
