Job Description

JD - Front Office Executive


Criteria: Presentable, good soft skills & communication, should be well versed in the local language, good work exp in corporate, hospitality, front desk management


•            Front Desk Management & Call handling, Manage the HK staff for the upkeep of the front office


•            Meet & Greet Client / guests, Digital entry & Access & PPT


•            Organize weekend recruitment drives and events


•            Help assist SEZ entries for official asset movements


•            Organize and manage pre joiner events 


•            Inter department coordination & Invoicing


•            Help host sessions for HR and CSR activities


•            Arrange special set ups for welcome/ inauguration, festivals etc.
