Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Trichy

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000

Main Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and addressing client queries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Coordinate with internal staff regarding administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with inventory management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, etc.).

Essential Qualifications:


  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
