Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and addressing client queries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Coordinate with internal staff regarding administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Manage office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, etc.).
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields will be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in handling office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
