Job TitleSenior Front-End Developer (React)
Role Summary & Role DescriptionState Street’s Identity and Access Management division is seeking a senior front-end developer with creativity, to work with a team of senior developers to design, develop and support - business critical and complex enterprise-wide security platform(s).The candidate must have proven front-end delivery credentials with hands-on development and fully participate in the SDLC covering all aspects of analysis, design and execution. Preferred attribute include - exposure/experience in Full stack development, Relational-Databases, Agile paradigms and dev-ops exposure - ideally within Security/IAM space.
- Write front-end sub-systems using JavaScript and JavaScript based frameworks.
- Write software and system documentation.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to code written by co-workers. Similarly, share and solicit feedback from colleagues for the code you write
- Hands on architecture, analysis, design, review and execution of code.
- Assist in QA and testing of existing and/or new features.
- Participate in release, build and deployment activities.
- Work with business team to understand, analyze requirements and collaborate with functional teams to deliver on time-bound projects.
- Provide front-end/technical domain expertise to solve performance, security, uptimeof production systems that have cross-dependencies between internal and external systems, components, and processes within IAM/cybersecurity domain(s).
Must have skillsExpertise in React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, npm, Redux, Node.js, API design/implementation. Exposure to Wireframe and Hi-Res Design tools (Adobe, Figma).Experience in Java/J2EE programming language, java frameworks – Spring, Spring Security, Hibernate and Microservices ArchitectureExperience with the microservice architecture and understanding of secure API development.Understanding of databases – relational and document oriented databases.Git, SQL, Stored Procedures.
Good to have skillsSQL, Oracle DBJava, SpringAWS, AzureCI/CD Pipelines and build processesExperience working with Identity access management projects
