Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable transportation solutions.
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to optimize operations.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in freight brokerage or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
