The position involves being a technical member of our OneStream application team. It holds significant visibility for both new development across multiple future phases and overseeing the administration / power user and day-to-day support of the OneStream application. Responsibilities include delivering close processing, financial reports, and new development to our stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with various members of the finance and accounting organization. Additionally, it serves as a pivotal role that may evolve into a leadership position as we continue to enhance our business structure and associated processes. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating with user groups to identify potential solutions using the OneStream application and subsequently implementing the agreed-upon solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all areas of OneStream including support and enhancements based on improved business processes or new requirements.
  • Run all aspects of OneStream including, but not limited to, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, dashboards, reporting views/packages, security and documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Provide internal control governance (including SOX requirements), documentation and coordination with internal and external auditors as it relates to system access and change management.
  • Develop and maintain various reporting solutions (OneStream XF Cube Views and Excel Add-in) as needed by Accounting and Finance teams.
  • Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms.
  • Manage the request and approval process over metadata intake and execute changes into OneStream XF cubes.
  • Analyze reports to confirm the quality and accuracy of data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the OneStream system.
  • Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (SAP, Workday, etc.) in OneStream XF
  • Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation, access, and reporting issues.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial system administration/implementation, along with a strong background in accounting and finance
  • Accounting / Finance business acumen (USGAAP, Accruals/matching concept, capitalization rules, allocations) preferred
  • 4+ years in OneStream
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of OneStream financial accounting processes and reporting (Financial Consolidation / month-end close and Budgeting/Forecasting)
  • Understanding of Audit / SOX requirements
  • Experience supporting an OneStream application in a large and complex multi-national consolidation environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Workday integration preferred not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes (accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, performance reporting, analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and change-oriented mindset – able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while working on projects across various fields
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment.
