Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
? Develop and implement the company's foreign trade strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and trade policies.


? Manage the company's international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution.


? Oversee the preparation of all import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.


? Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers, and partners to promote the company's products and services.


? Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks in foreign markets.


? Manage team and provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure their continued professional development.


? Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across all aspects of the supply chain.


? Monitor and analyze trade data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.


? Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.
 



Qualifications

Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.


Location: Pune


Mandatory/requires Skills : Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including customs regulations, export controls, and


anti-corruption laws.


Preferred Skills : Demonstrated experience in managing international logistics operations, including transportation,customs clearance, and distribution.



Additional Information

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


? Strong leadership and team management abilities.


? Proficiency in relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office and trade management software.


? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


? Fluency in English and at least one other language is highly desirable.
