F ood and Beverage (F&B) Lead oversees and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations. • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent background • Min Experience – 10 + years in same field (Hotels categorised 5 star / handled corporate catering industries) with 3 to 5 years in leadership role. • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI guidelines & ISO) • Proven ability to lead and manage multi location teams effectively with strong decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. • Strong customer centric approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Fluency in English and local language and any other language. • Understanding of food and beverage operations, including food preparations, service standards and inventory management. • Familiarity with menu items, recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, food pairings. • MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word fluency. • Back up resource as a replacement to be provided well in advance for any resource who will be going on long leave / ML • Communication on resignation to be shared promptly with the F&B regional lead and India Lead. • Any resource resigns, the replacement or hiring should happen within a month as the notice period is for 60 days, 30 days can be utilized for KT to the new resource. • Deep knowledge on new Vendor sourcing followed by vendor evaluation • Should have deep knowledge on menu recipes.
