The position / About the Job:


In this job the Focus Manager – Control Engineering would be responsible for:


Key Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Provide sound Servant and agile leadership.
  • Be responsible for people forecasting and utilization of the reportees.
  • Responsible for quality and resource allocation to complete the projects timely.
  • Collaborate with other functions within AD and other stakeholders to explore the new competence needs and development planning.
  • Be accountable for performance and career planning discussions, making it easier for people to set development goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the talent management, securing the right people for the business are available through proper planning, recruitment, and competence development.
  • Contribute to the establishment of appropriate global processes and standards that enable continual convergence of processes, tools and work methods.
  • Feed the challenges of the project, the common technology requirements to the "automation component standardization group” to improve reuse and optimize efforts.
  • Define and report quality KPIs for functional area 
  • Managing consultants in domain
  • Be responsible for investigating the claims in your functional area.

Key deliverables:


  • Resource planning, participation in new hiring.
  • Setting the team performance objective.
  • Setting the scene to start functioning in new organization.
  • Build contact with the major stakeholders.
  • Continuous monitoring & evaluating the resource forecast.
  • Build the reliable & high-performance team
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Talent management for each reporting colleague.
  • Provide sound Servant and agile leadership.
  • Securing the alignment in quality process & monitoring it.

What you can be?


Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ Instrumentation/electronics Engineering degree or similar discipline, preferable experience from Automation field (required).


10+ year of industry experience and > 3 year of people management
