  • What this job involves:


  • An SME in Fire & Life Safety, who should be able to carry out the day-to-day operations and should be able to implement FLS policies and procedure in the organization. They should co-ordinate evacuation drills. They should be able to perform under pressure.
  • What your day-to-day will look like: Fire & Life Safety (FLS)


  • Responsible for the delivery Fire & Life Safety Programs on the account.
  • Responsible for the management of First Aid and AED including First Aid training programs with support from authorized vendors,
  • Provide FLS trainings to Facility Management teams and on-site JLL vendor teams, in a manner which maximizes the protection of life and property.
  • Actively engage with fire wardens and first aiders together with the site FLSRs.
  • Revises and maintains all assignments of FLSRs.
  • Prepares and maintain updated FLSR organization chart.
  • Governance
  • Ensure Site Specific Safety Plans are reviewed annually by the site FLSRs.
  • Ensure Fire and Life Safety Checklists and Surveys are complete, in line with Client requirements.
  • Oversee FLS Issue reporting, logging, tracking and close out.
  • Administration / Co-ordination


  • Assist Location Managers and Site FLSRs with emergency drill planning, , fire warden briefings and post drill analysis.
  • Assist the Account EHS and FLS Leads with implementation of FLS processes and procedures.
  • Report regularly to the Country/City EHS Lead and Stakeholders regarding FLS performance.
  • Required Skills and Experience:


  • Subject matter expertise in health, safety, fire & life safety aspects of property and facilities management.
  • Preferrable to have Auditor Qualifications, NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent & an in-depth understanding of international safety standards is also a big plus.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis, management system auditing and FLS related research.
  • You must also show a flair for reports and presentations, providing smart insights and developing policies when needed.
  • Superior communication skills to earn the trust and respect of colleagues and clients and ultimately, usher them toward a common goal of maintaining a risk-free workplace.
  • You must also have excellent negotiation skills and knowledge, experience and competencies in policies, codes of practice and operating procedures.
  • Furthermore, you must demonstrate an ability to work both independently and with a group.
  • A proven capacity to handle multicultural teams is also a big plus.
