As a Transformation Associate in our FRRA team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering transformative solutions for our department.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Leverage business acumen to develop a strategic roadmap for transformation projects, focusing on innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and implement cutting-edge solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute both tactical and strategic solutions using advanced intelligent automation tools such as Alteryx, SQL, SharePoint, Python, UiPath, and Tableau.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of requirements gathering, development, testing, and maintenance of automated solutions.
  • Provide support for various ad-hoc activities, applying innovative thinking to solve complex problems.
  • Continuously optimize reports, processes, and documentation using innovative techniques and tools.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology or automating operational processes, with a strong focus on innovation and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Uipath, and SQL.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation in large, complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Experience in a financial services organization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for project management and collaboration.
  • Experience in RPA transformation projects is a plus
  • Should be flexible to work in EMEA shifts
