The Firmwide Business Resiliency team (“FBRT”) is within the Office of the CFO and is responsible for the design of the firm’s Resiliency Program including the requirements for Resiliency Planning, Testing, Reporting and Issue Management. The FBR group collaborates closely with the firm’s senior leadership, the LOB / Functional Resiliency teams, Risk Management and Audit to ensure that the resiliency program is commensurate with the risk-taking activities of the firm.Job SummaryAs a Business Resiliency Associate working in Reporting and Analysis Team in Mumbai, your role will be to support implementation of key initiatives around Innovation, Automation, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and deployment of Business Intelligence toolsJob ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and deliver Resiliency Reporting metrics and its associated commentary. Implement Business Intelligence solutions to automate reportingIntegrate Reporting into Data Warehouse and create Data Visualization and AnalyticsContribute to Firmwide Business Resiliency reporting process and its improvement and automationEngage in UAT testing, production readiness reviews and post-production deployment validationsGrow subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency processes and practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsBachelor degree in Science/CommerceRelevant demonstrated experience in Reporting and Automating reportsExcellent Microsoft Excel (VBA), PowerPoint skills Working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau / Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.) and data manipulation tools (such as Python , Alteryx, Cognos) Working knowledge of relational databases, Datawarehouse concepts and SQL skillsExperience working with agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence) Demonstrated experience in analysing processes and translating high level business requirements into detailed Jira stories Effective communication skills Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills Enthusiastic, self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as on a team Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsRelevant demonstrated experience in Reporting and metricsWorking knowledge of visualization tools (Alteryx/Tableau / Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.)Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills etc JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
