Incumbent will be responsible to strategize and drive improvement opportunities and managing the governance program within Payment Strategy and Operations. He/ She will lead discussions with various risk team, auditors, AXP business users to enable minimization of risk of third-party onboarding, duplicate / incorrect payments including oversight of Sanctions Program and User Access Management


Key Responsibilities -


  • Manage the Internal/External Audits, Sanctions, PEP/Risk & Anti-Corruption screening program
  • Redefine structure for procurement & payment processes in line with Amex policies and procedures
  • Define strategy driving efficiency for payments processes

·Interact with business partners to identify gaps in process and fix them proactively


Minimum Qualifications:


·Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 2 years of experience


·Excellent communication & analytical skills and should be able to manage queries independently.


·Result focus & self-driven & high on flexibility.


·Good on multitasking & time management


·Knowledge of Amex system - Global payment system (Oracle/Ariba/Stream) will be an added advantage


·Basic Accounting Knowledge


·Excellent analytical skills


Knowledge of MS-Excel
