- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive research, due diligence, and financial and industry analysis on startups and real estate.
- Prepare investment memorandums and other presentations.
- Conducting competitor analysis on various properties and startups
- Collaborate closely with finance team members to review financial data and forecasts.
- Participate actively in investment meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide detailed portfolio analysis post-investment, including follow-on investment or exit strategies.
- Prepare insightful reports and projections based on thorough analysis.
- Fulfil regular and ad-hoc duties related to the division's operational requirements.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as a financial analyst.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- Strong analytical and due diligence skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite &Fluency with Google Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills: Essential for team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines consistently
