Job Description:


  • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive research, due diligence, and financial and industry analysis on startups and real estate. 
  • Prepare investment memorandums and other presentations.
  • Conducting competitor analysis on various properties and startups 
  • Collaborate closely with finance team members to review financial data and forecasts.
  • Participate actively in investment meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide detailed portfolio analysis post-investment, including follow-on investment or exit strategies.
  • Prepare insightful reports and projections based on thorough analysis.
  • Fulfil regular and ad-hoc duties related to the division's operational requirements.

Job Specification:


  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as a financial analyst.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • Strong analytical and due diligence skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite &Fluency with Google Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills: Essential for team collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines consistently
